PRODUCTION TIME: All our items are made to order, and it takes between 2-3 weeks. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: Delivery is carried out by DHL international airmail. Shipping usually takes from 4-6 business days once your Fanm Mon garment has been made.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The images you see on the website are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as 100% correct. The colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product due to the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors. The sizes and placement of the embroidery and or paint may differ slightly from what is seen in pictures published on the website, as each garment is cut and sewn by hand and is unique. However, please be assured that we do strive to make the aforementioned details as accurate as possible, therefore minimizing any major discrepancies. 

RETURNS: In the event you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your Fanm Mon garment. Please note a $20 flat rate return fee will be deducted, and the full amount of the garment will be reimbursed, once received back. 

EXCHANGES: No charges for exchanges. Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs as well as the difference of the new item, if there is any.
