Herice Henderson, founded by Jamie Phillips, started designing earrings as a creative outlet after her grandmother passed in 2017. Sharing the same name as her grandmother, Herice, and her grandmother being born in a small town named Henderson, Texas, this is how the name Herice Henderson was created. The circle shape is the backbone of the brand. Circles represent totality, wholeness, original self, timelessness, and completeness. Since circles have no beginning or end, they represent life. The holes symbolize the inner critic. The voice that sometimes tells us we are not enough. So, she designed the holes within the hoop to emphasize that we are always "whole". They
