A collection of Silk Kantha scarves by Llani have been repurposed into stunning Kimono style dusters in beautiful colors, prints, with a delicate hand stitched fringe technique.

Kantha (“KAHN-taa”) meaning ("patched cloth") refers to creating something useful and beautiful out of rich remnants of fabric, pieced together with a small straight running stitch, made by artisans and home-crafters in Rajasthan.

These uniquely layered, eye-catching kimonos made of pure silk, are reversible and can be worn at home or out. The light quilting and patchwork will keep you warm, and the saturated hues and unique patterns are sure to elevate any mood. You will be fascinated by the detail of hand-work and the combination of stitching, cloth, color, and print.

Care: Dry clean or hand wash COLD.

Due to the recycled and handmade nature of this item, each is unique and will vary. Small tears, loose threads, stains/ discoloration, & threadbare fabrics are all part of the unique character of these vintage pieces. Please handle with care.

This item only ships within the United States.

Alana Oates

Llani - a globally-inspired accessories collection, is a partnership between Alana Oates, and a coterie of immensely talented artisans & craftsmen she  met while working in India. “Llani” is Alana’s childhood nickname. Thier slippers, flats, and slides are hand-crafted with a touch of luxurious coziness that takes the edge off your day. Llani is made with our design and production partners in India. The factories they work with are female founded or family owned, where female workers have strong leadership roles at each factory. They take great care to work with only high-quality materials such as leather, suede, and genuine shearling. Their embellishments — beading, trims, and motifs, are delicately created by hand.
