Processing Times

Most items will have a 3-7 day processing time unless otherwise noted. If you select an item that is labeled as “made to order” processing times can vary between 3-10 weeks. Items labeled “Pre-order” will have the expected ship date included in the product description. Please note HerStory is a marketplace of small women-led brands and each one of our brands have a different processing schedule based on if they are located in the US or abroad. Please be sure to check the description of every product for additional information.

Shipping is the charge for catalog and internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays (Monday - Friday). Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at time of order.

*Shipping is only available within the US and Canada. Charges and times may vary by merchandise and exclusions may apply.

**Corazón Playero orders are shipped internationally from Mexico and are excluded free shipping on domestic orders.

Lost Packages

HerStory is not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the recipient to locate packages. However, we will assist by working with the brand to locate the lost package. We highly recommend choosing a delivery address you trust where someone can receive the package.
