Founder
Margaret Anne Nolen
Founder of Cartolina Nantucket, Margaret Anne Nolen was inspired by travel, life adventures, and making memories to create her womenswear brand. Her mother always taught her how important it is to enjoy a place and be an active participant in creating your life’s collection of memories. Wherever you go, whoever you meet. This, to Margaret, means family, and her mother lives on in these memories, thanks to the beautiful designs of Zoë Rosenberg. Margaret hopes you find a piece or two that makes you feel special. Something to wear on an adventure far away or right nearby. Something you can wear for a dinner with friends you miss or a walk along the beach. Cartolina is Italian for “postcard,” so wherever the clothes take you, she wishes you special memories ahead. Create your own postcards in the memory you wear!
Founder
Margaret Anne Nolen
Cartolina (pronounced “kar·to·lì·na”) translates to “postcard” in Italian. Founded in Nantucket, this brand is inspired by a love for traveling, exploring, and the souvenirs gathered along the way. They have an appreciation for the art of collecting the tangible and intangible, from vintage objects to lifelong memories. Through vintage fabric and faded photographs they find inspiration in the old world. It’s the spirit of nostalgia and quality Cartolina aims to revive in their clothing.
