E-Commerce & Retail Manager

HerStory is seeking an ecommerce and retail manager in Dallas, TX. Individual must be analytical, fashion forward, and detail-oriented.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Merchandises inventory at the HerStory Gallery based on sales, seasonality, analytics, and trends
  • Maintains overall HerStory brand image and mission at the HerStory Gallery locations
  • Manages inventory reports and stock levels at the HerStory Gallery locations through Shopify POS and other third-party systems
  • Manages relationship with brand partners to keep inventory up to date by adding or removing products based on sales, seasonality, and customer activity
  • Manages Gallery operations such as cleanliness, shipments, and returns
  • Oversees back stock organization
  • Manages sales associates at Gallery locations
  • Reviews Shopify reports for both Gallery and ecomm on a weekly basis and reports findings to management
  • Manages all content on the website including but not limiting brand launches, new arrivals, events page, sales, exclusive launches, and more
  • Curates product assortment on the website based on analytics of consumer behaviors, sales, trends, and seasonality
  • Assists with exclusive brand designs and product selection for POs 
  • Assists with product display/merchandising for events
  • Tracks order fulfillment, returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Manages customer support email and responds to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Researches new brands and new products on a monthly basis to consider for HerStory’s e-commerce
  • Contribute to growing retail sales at the HerStory Gallery by interacting with customers and promoting the HerStory mission

Education and Experience Requirements

  • College Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in fashion or retail industry

This role is hybrid based out of Fort Worth, TX and Dallas, TX.
