Delivery is carried out by DHL international airmail. Shipping usually takes from 4-6 business days.

EXCHANGES
No charges for exchanges. Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs as well as the difference of the new item, if there is any. 

RETURNS
In the event you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your Fanm Mon garment. Please note the original shipping charge will be deducted, and the full amount of the garment will be reimbursed, once received back. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

If you are not happy with your purchase in any way, please contact us so we can work out a solution. In the event you change your mind about your purchase, you will only be refunded 80% of your money, 20% restocking fee will be charged.
