When will my box arrive? Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent a tracking link. Your package should arrive within 5 business days. If you have any problems tracking your order, please message the Support HerStory team at team@supportherstory.com!
Can I buy individual products? Our Support HerStory boxes do not contain products that are sold separately. The reason for this is two-fold - first and foremost, the value of the items in the product selection retail at up to $165 if you were to shop separately! Thereafter, our mission with our Support HerStory boxes is for you as a customer to engage and experience as many female-founded businesses as possible in a single purchase. We hope that through purchasing these boxes you not only benefit from the incredible value, but also from the excitement of discovering new amazing brands who we have partnered with to make Support HerStory possible!
How do I subscribe? Subscribe to our 4x a year Support HerStory boxes and benefit from outstanding value by clicking on the ‘shop’ icon at the top of the page! From here you will be taken to curate your first box, whereby you can click ‘subscribe’ to benefit from the getting three full-size products in every box for an even more incredible value!
How do I unsubscribe? We are sad to see you go! But don’t worry, it is easy to unsubscribe! Simply email team@supportherstory.com with your full name and the email address used to subscribe to your account and we will take it from there. Please note, subscriptions are for the full year and paid upfront. Should you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the year-end to avoid being charged for the next full year. Cancellations can be made up to 24hrs before launch!

How often do you ship subscription boxes? Our Support HerStory boxes are seasonal meaning you will receive four boxes - one for spring, summer, fall, and winter respectively. Dates for box launches can be found on our website by clicking ‘shop’. This said, all subscribers will be emailed ahead of box launches for exclusive first picks of our highly curated product to make sure you make the most of our wonderful product selections before the rest of the world gets to see!
